Salon Policy for Country House Beauty

Gift Vouchers:

  • Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
  • Gift vouchers can not to be used in conjunction with other salon offers.
  • There are no refunds or change given on unused balances when using gift vouchers.
  • The value of the gift card cannot be converted into cash.
  • Country House Beauty is unable to replace any lost or stolen gift vouchers.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be offered to any third parties for sale or otherwise for monetary or other value or as part of a promotion, competition, auction or similar activity by the Customer (or any person to which the Gift Voucher has been gifted by the Customer). 
  • Country House Beauty reserves the right to refuse or suspend any Gift Vouchers which we know or suspect has been used for this purpose.
  • All gift vouchers have a hologram authenticity stamp.


Refund:

If you are not happy with your nails, pedicure or manicure from the beauty salon please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds or redo will be given after you have left the salon unless we deem otherwise. Also, for gift cards there will be no refunds after purchase of gift cards. No change will be given for using gift cards for purchasing services within the salon.


Late Arrivals:

Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after this grace period we consider this as a “NO SHOW” and the appointment may be given away. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment and you will be responsible for full service fee. Your service will end accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed


Guarantee:

Full sets and gel polish are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you have followed the guidelines and you still notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair, at our discretion we may simply offer a refund if we feel the issue cannot be resolved.


We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:

  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious
  • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
  • Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
  • Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment
  • Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour
  • Anyone who has received any form of refund from Country House Beauty
  • Anyone we deem to be too intoxicated


Surveillance:

For your safety, and ours, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance 24/7 outside the building.


Safety:

-Due to the salon having no on-site chaperone, no male customers can be accepted for any one to one treatment, unless accompanied by a female companion/chaperone.

-For your own safety and ours, we are unable accept any more than 4 customers within the salon at any one time.


Cards:

If we feel our gift cards or loyalty cards have been defrauded in any way, we reserve the right to not accept them. Only one loyalty card per customer / service will be accepted. 


Age Restrictions:

Please be aware anyone deemed as a minor will require parental consent before any treatment, or a form of identification (we only accept photo-card ID's).

 

Insurance:

Country House Beauty has personal indemnity insurance, product liability insurance and public liability insurance.


Country House Beauty reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
